WHAT IS E.C.H.O.E.S ?

The ECHOES, Enhancing Community Health and Opportunity Employment Series, Program is designed to strengthen the foundations of the community through education, counseling and support. An empowerment based approach inclusive of community seminars, individual and family counseling, and smaller group workshops will provide participants with opportunities to improve parental coping skills as well as overall economic empowerment.
