SNOW SERVICE NEEDED
MACSC is looking for a licensed snow provider to shovel and plow the community center. First plow and salting needs to be done before 6:30 a.m. Parking lot, all sidewalks, (including sidewalk in front of the center), entrance to center and around both sides to Preschool and School aged child care programs.

Community! The Mechanicville Area
Community Service Center- Community Hearts Gala recognizes those individuals
and organizations that contribute to making our communities stronger and in
some way embrace a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for the
community through their actions, support for family, positive approach to
community, dedication to recreation and / or education for 2014.
awards will be given out on February 12, 2015 at Fairways of
Halfmoon to individuals and organizations who make a difference in the lives of
others in Mechanicville and surrounding areas. All nominations will be reviewed
and selected by a panel of judges and honored at the dinner.

2014 Mechanicville Area
Community Tree Lighting Celebration
Set for December 5 at
Mechanicville Community Center

December 5, the tree lighting will be held at the newly-refurbished
Mechanicville Area Community Services Center (6 South Main Street) from 4:30pm

Zumba classes at Stillwater Community Center and throughout the area.
5:30, the little children from MACSC’s Whistle Stop Learning Center Preschool
will present their versions of many holiday ditties.-more-
6:00, the Big Guy himself, Santa Claus, will arrive, bringing his great laugh
and a bag full of holiday cheer, and
6:30, everyone from the area is welcome to enjoy the annual tree lighting.
