Cooking For One or Two will be held at the Mechanicville Senior Center (178 N Main St, Mechanicville, NY 12118) Tuesday 5/23 at 1:00 p.m. in the Hudson Room. Join us for this popular and learn some new tips and techniques on cooking and also how to cook easier when cooking for only one or two. We will be making a simple Mediterranean vegetable tart. An easy and light dinner to make in the summertime.
