MACSC Welcomes NEW Intern – Cameron Sullivan

The Mechanicville Area Community Service Center is excited to welcome Cameron Sullivan, one of our new interns from U-Albany. Cameron will be working primarily at the Senior Center through April of 2025, assisting clients in accessing resources to address their needs. In addition to the Senior Center, Cameron is also excited to become active at the Community Center, where he will be helping with the Food Pantry and other projects.

Cameron is currently a Senior student at the University at Albany, where he is studying social work and intends to pursue his MSW after graduation. Cameron is passionate about building community and fostering a sense of empowerment, as well as working to ensure that members of the community have their needs met. He also believes in the importance of music and art in our lives and that they can be very impactful in a therapeutic way. Cameron is excited to join Mechanicville Area Community Services Center and the Senior Center as an intern and can’t wait to meet and connect with the community.
