MACSC Welcomes NEW Violence Prevention Specialist – Dannielle Castro

The Mechanicville Area Community Services Center welcomes Dannielle Castro as our Violence Prevention Specialist. Dannielle comes to us with an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from SUNY Delhi, and experience work per diem at the Capital District Juvenile Detention Facility. She has a passion for working with and helping youth and strongly believes in second chances.

Danielle is a homebody, and when she is not working, she enjoys eating, sleeping, and watching the Philadelphia Eagles with her two cats Chaos and Hexi during football season. She also loves everything Disney! It is like a second home to her which she visits as often as she can. Dannielle hopes to continue her education, so she can continue help people to the best of her abilities. She is very excited to join MACSC and can’t wait to see what the future brings!
