As a small non-profit organization, we rely on donations and community support to keep us going. There are many ways for local business, organizations and community members to get involved or show support. Payment & Refund Policy
Payments: In order to ensure your reservation for any of our fundraising Events or Bus Trips, payment MUST be made in full at the time of registration. If you have not made a payment, your reservation WILL NOT be guaranteed. Any outstanding payments MUST be made within 3 weeks of Event or Bus Departure.
- Pay Online: Credit Card payments can be processed at the time of registration
- Pay in Person: Cash/Checks should be paid in person at MACSC
- Pay via Mail: Checks should be made payable to MACSC, 6 South Main St, Mechanicville NY 12118
Refunds: In the event of an emergency or last-minute cancellation, please contact Community Engagement Director at 518-664-8322 ext 1014. All cancellations within 15 days of Event or Bus Departure are non-refundable.

Anything That Floats
Sunday March 29, 2026
Anything That Floats is an opportunity for you to build a vessel that will float for about ¼ of a mile on the Anthony Kill. This event will immediately follow the annual White-Water Derby which is a longer race composed of kayaks and canoes. There is a full complement of fireman and first responders throughout the route of Anything That Floats to ensure the safety of participants.

7th Annual Tammy & Jessie Golf Tournament
Friday October 3, 2025
The McCormack Family hosted their 7th Annual Tammy & Jessie Memorial Golf Fundraiser in which all proceeds went to the benefit the Domestic Violence Program at the Mechanicville Area Community Services Center. This is a great cause and we had a wonderful day again this year.

Trunk or Treat & Haunted House
Saturday, October 25 & Sunday, October 26
The Mechanicville Area Community Services Center hosted our first annual HAUNTED HOUSE on Saturday, October 25th 6pm-9pm & Sunday, October 26th 5:30pm-7:30PM. It was a successful event with proceeds going directly to the MHS Class of 2026 & our youth programs here at MACSC. Interested in participating next year? Mechanicville-Stillwater Chamber of Commerce Economic Summit

The Mechanicville-Stillwater Chamber Committee is happy to have had another successful evening for the annual Mechanicville-Stillwater Chamber of Commerce Economic Summit, in which we honored local businesses. The summit is a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights, establish meaningful connections and contribute to the economic vitality of our community. Hand Painted Inspiration Sign Making

The Mechanicville Area Community Services Center hosted a Paint Party Event in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month. This fun and creative gathering offered a meaningful opportunity for participants to express their creativity while raising awareness and showing support for survivors of domestic violence.
