As a small non-profit organization, we rely on donations and community support to keep us going. Payment & Refund Policy
Payments: In order to ensure your reservation for any of our fundraising Events or Bus Trips, payment MUST be made in full at the time of registration. If you have not made a payment, your reservation WILL NOT be guaranteed. Any outstanding payments MUST be made within 3 weeks of Event or Bus Departure.
- Pay Online: Credit Card payments can be processed at the time of registration
- Pay in Person: Cash/Checks should be paid in person at MACSC to Outreach Coordinator Tammie Alikonis
- Pay via Mail: Checks should be made payable to MACSC, 6 South Main St, Mechanicville NY 12118
Refunds: In the event of an emergency or last-minute cancellation, please contact Tammie Alikonis (518) 664-8322 ext 1014. All cancellations within 15 days of Event or Bus Departure are non-refundable.
Anything That Floats
Sunday April 6, 2025
Anything That Floats is an opportunity for you to build a vessel that will float for about ¼ of a mile on the Anthony Kill. This event will immediately follow the annual White-Water Derby which is a longer race composed of kayaks and canoes. There is a full complement of fireman and first responders throughout the route of Anything That Floats to ensure the safety of participants.
Tee Off Against Domestic Violence

The Connors Family will be hosting their Annual Tee Off Against Domestic Violence Golf Fundraiser in which all proceeds will go to the benefit the Domestic Violence Program at the Mechanicville Area Community Services Center. This is a great cause, SAVE THE DATE (06/14/25) and join MACSC and the Connors Family at Mechanicville Golf Club.

7th Annual Tammy & Jessie Golf Tournament

The McCormack Family will be hosting their 7th Annual Tammy & Jessie Memorial Golf Fundraiser in which all proceeds will go to the benefit the Domestic Violence Program at the Mechanicville Area Community Services Center.
