Girls On The Run (GOTR)

Our Girls On The Run Program, is a is a life changing program for girls between the ages of 8 and 13 years old that promotes girl empowerment by teaching life skills through lessons and running.  This program is mainly focused on running, but we work on many other activities that will motivate and help empower these young ladies.

GOTR Program will meet for 90 minutes twice a week after school where they we will begin training to be able to compete in a 5K and focus on a Community Impact Project.  The great thing about the program training and focus is these activities provides an opportunity for the girls to use the skills they developed over the course of the program to support and empower themselves and each other.  By the end of the program, these young ladies will be able to enhance these skills and apply effort over time towards a goal.

If you have any questions regarding the Girls On The Run (GOTR) signup, please contact Nelly Cerda at (518) 664-8322 ext 1010
