[Mechanicville, NY] – Wednesday, July 5th at 10:30, at Park Ave Playground, 711 Park Avenue, Mechanicville NY 12118: The Mechanicville Area Community Services Center will be celebrating our 10th Anniversary of the Summer Meals Program!

Over the past 10 years, The Mechanicville Area Community Services Center with the help of our partners (CAPTAIN Community Human Services, United Way of The Greater Capital Region and Lifeworks Community Action) have been able to offer Saratoga County’s FREE Summer Meals Program during the summer months for children up to the age of 18 years old. This program has grown from serving 348 children and 4,005 meals per summer to over 1,400 children and 24,000 meals per summer. We are extremely excited to be able to offer such a wonderful program to help us combat food insecurity in our community!

We hope to see you at our 10th Anniversary Kickoff, as we Stand United Against Hunger with our partners and continue to make a positive impact in our community!
